    About the Retreat

Join the Center for New Growth for a retreat experience.

Sometimes for the change we most want to happen, we need to step outside of our daily lives and into a setting that supports the deepest parts of ourselves, parts that may otherwise be silenced without slowing down to listen.

Held at the historic Scotia Lodge in the heart of Northern California redwood country, the Center for New Growth offers two kinds of retreat crafted to catalyze the transformation you seek through ketamine facilitated group work and integration processes. Their work is informed by somatic psychotherapy and practices, Internal Family Systems and attendance to spiritual psychology and ritual. The retreat schedule includes free time that can be used for massage, hiking, spa treatments or further reflection.

Prior to joining the retreat, an individual telehealth medical clearance exam and a telehealth group preparation session with all retreat participants will take place.
